3. Account
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
- One account per person
4. Scan Limits
- Free: 1 scan per account, forever. That's it — no subscriptions, no hidden fees.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload photos of other people without their consent
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the AI system
- Create multiple accounts to bypass scan limits
6. Limitation of Liability
FatScan AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any decisions made based on our AI estimates. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
